Patient by trade, twice over.
I'm a REALTOR® with [Brokerage, LLC], and I work the north side of the Dallas metro: McKinney, Frisco, Prosper, Celina, Allen, Plano and the smaller towns in between. Alongside real estate I've been a watercolor painter for years, and I've never found the two to be separate jobs.
Both come down to looking carefully before you commit. In a house that means the roofline, the drainage, the way afternoon light comes through the kitchen, and the things a seller would rather you didn't notice. In a negotiation it means knowing when the right move is to wait.

Watercolor doesn't forgive. You plan the light before you touch the paper, you commit, and you let the pigment do what it's going to do. It turns out that's good training for real estate.
